Refund policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must either be misprinted or damaged during shipping. 

To start a refund, send a picture of the damaged item to zoehildebrandart@gmail.com. If your refund is accepted, it will be processed within 48 hours. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on original art pieces, including but not limited to- oil, acrylic and watercolor paintings, polymer sculptures, pencil sketches and original illustrations.
